Paul Moore II
CEO & President
Paul has served as CitiHope’s President since 2015. From 1996-2015, he served as Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, prior to which he was Operations Director and Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator. Paul has personally led hundreds of relief missions, accompanying and supervising CitiHope deliveries around the world. In addition to his supervisory role, he works closely with public and private partners fulfilling program commitments and developing new programs and outreaches. The father of four children, Paul is married to CitiHope CFO, Jessica Moore.
Jessica began managing CitiHope’s Belarus Child Sponsorship Program in 1994. She has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2004. Jessica has extensive experience with non-profit accounting and governance, and has a passion for promoting best practices internally as well as among the many organizations CitiHope partners with. Married to Paul Moore II, CitiHope’s President, she relishes the dynamic partnership created by working together. Jessica is the proud mother of four children and loves serving her local church.
Director, Donor Relations
Letty has worked for CitiHope since 1996. In 1998 she began working in GIK procurement and currently serves as Director of Donor Relations, primarily focused on working with gift-in-kind pharmaceutical donors, procuring medicines for CitiHope programs around the world. She has an Associate Degree in Communications from Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and a BA in Journalism from The Brooklyn Center of Long Island University. Letty is the wife of Randall Johnson, an elder and associate pastor at Catskill Mountain Christian Center. They enjoy spending time with their daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren.
Director, Food & Nutrition Programs
Hannah’s first experience with CitiHope was in 2005, when she traveled to Belarus with her father and brother to serve on the “Bridge of Friendship” volunteer youth mission. She then was a field intern in CitiHope’s Minsk, Belarus office in 2009, and joined the CHI staff in 2010 after graduating from Lafayette College with a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Russian/East European Studies. Hannah lives in Washington, DC, and enjoys representing CitiHope in the city’s vibrant international affairs and development community, while managing the food and nutrition programs. Hannah and her husband, Brook, are proud parents of two young sons.
Lead Social Media Strategist
Armando was an intern for CitiHope in early 2021, and now serves as Lead Social Media Strategist. A Queens Village, NY native, Armando moved to the Hudson Valley to work as a full-time staff member as part of the Office of Student Activities at Bard College. His work at Bard and other organizations, as well as his interests in storytelling, has informed the way that he shares stories through social media and marketing. Armando received his Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Bard in May of 2019. As a student, Armando excelled in the classroom and on the basketball court where he led the team to the playoffs for the first time in school history. He was a Club Head, Resident Assistant, and a student leader, as well as a friendly face on Bard's campus.
